My guide Sharon and driver Deepak were really friendly and made me feel safe as a female solo traveler. They were really patient with me and even customised the tour according to what I wished to see and when. Saw the city at night, and it blew my mind.

DK was excellent and communicative, even tracking us down when we failed to meet him at the Gateway. It’s worth getting a guide to hear about the amazing history from someone who grew up on Elephanta Island. DK also helped us find the best shops! There is a decent bathroom right when you get off the mini train, and there are plenty of snacks for purchase. We highly recommend this tour!

Although I didn't receive customer support, I was able to download it easily and connect to the internet without any issues. The internet wasn't slow, and I was able to use LINE and YouTube without any issues. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
