Arda was very nice and courteous. He had a fun upbeat personality and kept us laughing with his silly bike moves! He took great personal photos for us and knew all the best spots to get the best photo. He provided us with a warm cozy blanket and stopped to get us hot chocolate. He gave us a VIP experience!

I really enjoyed this trip. Given the language barrier, this arrangement was incredibly thoughtful. Although we didn't spend much time at each attraction, Andy, our guide and driver, provided patient and detailed explanations, making for a wonderful experience. This morning I was even asking him which coffee shop in New York was the most unique. Even though the trip is over, his friendly and cooperative attitude remains strong. With Ctrip, I'm always at ease wherever I go.

The only pass you need for exploring NYC. Made the trip a lot less hassle and easy to stay within budget as it covers most of the attractions for first time visitor. Recommendations: The skyline views both day and night, harbor cruise, big bus tour.


