Descend into the Jomblang Cave, a vertical cave located in Gunungkidul, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Admire the unique natural beauty of the cave, especially the phenomenon of light entering the cave from the hole above, creating a dramatic and stunning light effect.
The formation of Jomblang Cave began thousands of years ago through an erosion process that made the cave walls steep and formed a large hole above the cave. At the bottom of the cave, there is a small forest that grows abundantly, creating a very exotic view. This cave also has a fairly complex cave network system, one of which is Grubug Cave, which is famous for its stalactite and stalagmite formations.
To reach the bottom of the cave, visitors usually have to do rappelling activities (climbing ropes) or descend using special equipment. This activity provides an interesting adventure experience for tourists who want to experience the spectacular natural beauty inside this cave.
