We arrived around 14:00, there were very long queues. They definitely communicate with you as soon as you book and explain where they'll meet you. Just be mindful it's not just outside the gate when elyou exit the aircraft like other places. Overall we didn't wait long at immigration, however we did wait forever for our luggage which might be counterintuitive. However, if you want to skip the queues and wait for your luggage, then this is for you.

Our flight arrived around noon. There were a lot of flights landing at that time, so we booked a fast-track flight. Upon arrival, someone paged our names and took us to immigration. It was incredibly quick; we were through immigration in less than 10 minutes.

We were the only ones on the flight who used the service. We cleared border control in a couple of minutes, got our luggage in about 10 minutes, and were swimming in the sea an hour later. It's convenient with children.

I would 100% recommend this if you are traveling to HCM, having suffered through the 2 hour queue for standard immigration on my 2 previous visits this is by far and away the best add on you can buy to improve your trip to Vietnam

Everything went great. A person met us at immigration control, led us to a separate line, and we were through in a minute. But we still had to stand around for about 20 minutes waiting for our bags 🤣


