The Paraty Tours trip to Trinidade is a great option for stays in Paraty. We travelled comfortably in an air conditioned mini-bus for the approximately 30 minute drive to Trindade beaches. Although the weather was overcast, it was warm enough to swim. The walk to the secret pools is well worth the effort - but slippery in wet weather. Either wear good hiking shoes or go barefoot. Our guide from Paraty Tours was amazing! He made sure no-one got left behind (a challenge on a slippery hike), kept us laughing, and made us feel at home in Brazil.

A very good excursion to get in touch with nature, seeing countless native flora and fauna of the jungle, swimming in the waterfalls, and learning a bit of the history of the old gold trail from our guide, Luiz, who was very willing to provide comprehensive information and was always very attentive, as was our driver, Josemar, who was very helpful and very friendly! It was also a good visit to learn about the cachaça distillation process and to do some tastings and shopping. The buffet lunch was reasonably priced, tasty and varied, per kilo!

This was a great tour about 5 hours 4 waterfalls where you can swim plus a tour round a cachaça distillery. Great lunch at a very cheap price but the best part was the guide so friendly and excels in English . no hard hikes on this one and the last waterfall has a jungle bar where you can chill out if you don't want to swim. The weather did not play ball on the day I went but loved it anyway. If you get a perfect day it would be even more memorable

Nice trip with a 4x4 jeep. To several waterfalls and a Chacaca factory where we did a tasting. Also the lunch restaurant was good. All was very well organized by Paraty Tours!


