The tour guide was super nice and friendly. He didn't miss any of the attractions. It's a shame that the helicopter flight wasn't announced on time. It was impossible for interested parties to respond. Highly recommended.★

Unfotunately, the activity coincided with a very bad storm and prevented a full enjoyment of the activity. The falls were blanked by the snow storm. Despite this Johnny our driver guide was brilliant. Safely getting us there and back without incident and kept us entertained throughout with facts and anecdotes. Hindsight is a great thing and maybe judging by the severity of the weather cancellation maybe should have been considered.★

Our guide Johnny was truly fantastic. He speaks excellent German in addition to English and French, and he went above and beyond to make everything possible. This was quite a challenge during our visit. A snowstorm made the journey more difficult than usual, and the poor visibility meant that any activities involving a view were not recommended. The maple syrup tasting had to be canceled due to a power outage in the town, and our booked dinner had to be rescheduled because the restaurant overlooking Niagara Falls was closed due to the weather. However, we were able to enjoy a three-course meal at the Hard Rock Cafe, which was a great alternative. We did manage to catch a glimpse of the illuminated Niagara Falls, but we quickly retreated back to the warmth of the bus. Thank you, Johnny, for this unforgettable trip and for your efforts to make everything happen!★

Overall we feel we had a full day and a good experience. We packed a lot in and our guide recommended the imax flight experience instead of journey behind the falls as you wouldn’t be able to see much and we enjoyed it. We had the lunch option as well and would highly recommend - it was good value for money, good food and local wine list which I recommend. It is worth me saying that our tour was due to be run by TCBL but it got consolidated into another tour company. The guide was good and friendly but u can if say that the bus wasn’t very clean on the outside. I appreciate the snow impacts on vehicles but the windows were obscured such that you couldn’t see sights pointed out to you.
