Fantastic! The guides were very jolly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable in wine production and were very open to questions. The World of Discovery was very good! Interactive and informative! Loved the boat ride in the Discovery building! Ask for English/your language! The River Cruise was pretty short. The guide did not tell us we needed to download an app to hear about the sites. We missed alot of the information because we thought we were getting audio devices. Frustrating★

It was a wonderful trip to the beautiful Douro Valley. We had a fantastic day filled with memorable experiences, delicious food, plenty of wine tastings, and fascinating tours of local wineries.
Telma was one of the best tour guides I've ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a wealth of history and fascinating background stories about the region, the wine industry, and Portugal in general. She took genuine care of everyone in the group and was especially attentive to me—applying ice packs several times after I accidentally bumped my forehead while boarding the bus (so please be careful and avoid making the same clumsy mistake I did!).
I feel really fortunate to have chosen this tour and to have met her.★
