I highly recommend visiting the region's hotspots with an organized tour. Parking is overcrowded and expensive, and you need extra shuttle tickets for Moraine Lake – but that wasn't a problem for us! We had two hours at Lake Louise, one hour at Moraine Lake, and also visited Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge. The bus was small, carrying about 25 people (unfortunately, the suspension was terrible). The driver spoke Mandarin a bit better than English; it was okay, but could have been better.

It was truly a wonderful day! We loved it from beginning to end! Kenneth was so friendly and engaging, and he made our trip a real success! He taught us so much! He surprised us with so many lovely surprises! We recommend him 100%!
