Our guided day trip from Bilbao was absolutely one of the highlights of my trip. The tour was well-organized, and we departed from the city center on time, which immediately gave a professional impression. What made this experience truly special was the guide's knowledge and enthusiasm. He shared not only facts but also personal stories and local traditions, giving you the feeling of really getting to know the Basque Country. During the tour, we visited San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, where we took a challenging walk/hike to reach the chapel and then returned to the bus. The view there is truly beautiful. Afterwards, we went to Mundaka, where we took a boat trip, and to Guernica. Very impressive due to Guernica's history. The group was not too large, which created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. There was plenty of time to take photos and look around on our own without feeling rushed. The transportation was also comfortable, and everything ran smoothly.
