It was a pleasure learning more about Italian cuisine, and Orietta was amazing—funny, warm, and a true storyteller. Making fresh pasta and tiramisu was such a fun experience, and everything was absolutely delicious. Book it!!!! This was the best experience in Florence for us! The estate was beautiful, the food was fantastic (all made by you)! It was very well organized, Luca and Erika were absolutely fantastic! I would recommend this tour to everyone!! Our kids 11 and 14 loved it too!!★

Our chef Roberta was very friendly and very enthusiastic about cooking! She gave us excellent advice on how to choose the ingredients to prepare our dough and also for our gelato. The class was fun and informative! I loved our interaction with the instructor and with other visitors. It was so much fun!★
