We were met by Kieran who was dressed in military garb and was taken on a 2.5 hour tour around historic Cobh. We were transported behind the scenes of the town and country from the times of the great famine all the way to present day. He explained about the war for independence from British rule and all the guerrilla warfare tactics the republican had to take to defeat the British. Very interesting and Kieran was very charismatic and explained everything to our level. Brilliant.★

Catherine is a great true guide. Having lived in this area her whole life she knew so much about it and shared very interesting stories with us. I was so impressed and pleased with this wonderful tour.
