AMAZING! We had a fantastic day trip. We saw everything that we wanted to and more. Dee was very accommodating and helped us have the best day. I would highly recommend booking a trip with Dee - he was very knowledgeable of the area, had fantastic food recommendations, and took great pictures of us to capture it all!

When booking through the TUI app, it wasn't apparent that the excursion was operated by a different provider (in this case, Alsafari Tours). We received the voucher from TUI with a mysterious pick-up location. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Alsafari. Communication with their staff was good, and we were picked up directly from the hotel.

It was more than enough for two weeks of use. I mainly used it for Google Maps, messaging, and occasionally sending photos and videos. If the connection dropped, I could get it back online by manually re-selecting the network operator.

It's a place I wouldn't normally visit, but thanks to the excellent support of the guide, it was a very worthwhile tour where I was able to learn about the current situation in Makoko. I understand the price covers safety, but since it's only about a two-hour tour, it would be great if it were a little cheaper.


