When booking through the TUI app, it wasn't apparent that the excursion was operated by a different provider (in this case, Alsafari Tours). We received the voucher from TUI with a mysterious pick-up location. Shortly afterward, I received an email from Alsafari. Communication with their staff was good, and we were picked up directly from the hotel.★

It was more than enough for two weeks of use. I mainly used it for Google Maps, messaging, and occasionally sending photos and videos. If the connection dropped, I could get it back online by manually re-selecting the network operator.★

It's a place I wouldn't normally visit, but thanks to the excellent support of the guide, it was a very worthwhile tour where I was able to learn about the current situation in Makoko.
I understand the price covers safety, but since it's only about a two-hour tour, it would be great if it were a little cheaper.
