A very good experience, the customer service was also great, and the photographer Elieen is a fashion week photographer who is very good at capturing candid moments, and the photos are natural and high-end.

Clement was great. He was from a different tour Operator than our voucher listed so it was hard for us to find him since he didn't have the white flag or name we were looking for. It is frustrating that the timed lift tickets if bought directly only cost 36 Euros each. I tried to buy those directly 60 days in advance but they sell out immediately to your Operators and then you have to pay double for the same lift or wait in long lines (or maybe end up missing the lift all together). 5 stars for Clement, but in general, disappointed that this practice is so prevalent that there is nothing much to do about it.

Everything went great, from buying the ticket to the ride to Beauvais Airport. Saved money. We found the parking lot easily based on the description, and there are restrooms in the parking lot. The bus runs on schedule.
