I booked one day and went the next. It was a small group with few people, and the foreign driver/guide was beautiful, kind, and incredibly attentive. She provided detailed explanations throughout the trip, stopped at every attraction to take photos for us, and even prepared local plant information and drew a diagram explaining the formation of the fjords. On the way back from the boat, she thoughtfully provided chocolates and umbrellas for when it rained. The customer service was also very patient, assisting us whenever we were worried about getting lost. A great experience!★

Great day with Keith. He managed our time and stopped 4-5 times along our journey and gave us time for photos. Milford Sound was beautiful. Weather was great. While we rented a car, it was great to have a day where we were shuttled around so we could just enjoy the scenery. Anyone at any age or fitness level would enjoy this trip.★

It was worth getting up early. The bus has large glass windows and a glass ceiling, so you can really feel the natural beauty. Since New Zealand is a mountainous region, I recommend bringing motion sickness medicine if you get car sick. The ferry has plenty of seating, and there's plenty of space outside for people to come and go, so I was able to take lots of photos. Around October 2025. This tour takes a full day, but I highly recommend it!
