A 10-15 minutes late in pickup, while the consistent online caring from Trip.com was very thoughtful. The schedule was a bit too rush to visit two towns.

I was considering booking my own transportation and tickets and doing a self guided tour. I looked into everything and realized the price to do it on my own was more than what the tour was charging. So not only did I save a few bucks, but I learned some interesting stuff from Oliver that I might not otherwise have learned. He was super friendly and made time to actually chat about life and the world, not just the itinerary. I would go on more, if I wasn't leaving so soon. Thanks!

An excellent trip to a very picturesque city. The places visited are spectacular. The guide (Viktor), from boarding the bus to the end of the tour, demonstrated in-depth knowledge, excellent communication, and above all, was incredibly friendly. A tour I highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this trip to Kutna Hora. It is about 1 hour away from Prague. It is a beautiful working town. Was once an important silver mining town. Many beautiful churches. The Ossuary is extraordinary. We cannot take pictures out of respect for the dead but this is not a place to be missed. Because of so many dead bodies over the centuries, they decided to use these bones to make it into an impressive display of art. A macabre yet beautiful place. Our guide Peter was fabulous. The car was very comfortable and he taught us so many things about this area, and history of Czech Republic.


