The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

The whole experience was really great and fast. Upon landing and at immigration lobby you will see you name signage and will be quickly guide to clear immigration. Prior to travel, the operator will contact via Whatsapp and making sure you submit the correct name as per passport and provide clear instructions.★
