We had a wonderful Segway tour through Rethymno and would definitely recommend it. The route was beautiful and varied – we rode through the harbor and explored the charming old town. We also rode up to the fortress, but unfortunately it was already closed because we did the tour later in the day, so we couldn’t enjoy the view from there. Still, the ride and especially the tour through the old town were fantastic. Our guide really made the experience special. He welcomed us warmly and, with his authentic and friendly personality, gave the tour a very personal touch. You could clearly see that he enjoys what he does. I also appreciated how clearly he explained everything in English. Since my English is not perfect, he always made sure I understood the important points and sometimes helped by explaining things again so my wife could translate. The Segways were in very good condition. They were slightly limited in speed, but that didn’t reduce the fun. Overall, we were very satisfied .★

Reviews: Crete: Chania, Lake Kournas and Rethymno Tour

The excursion was very enjoyable, and we were able to see the most important sights in western Crete as part of a tour. My only minor criticism is the timing: approximately two hours were allotted for Chania, while significantly less time was allowed for Lake Kournas and Rethymno. Since I personally found these two places more appealing, I would have preferred a more even distribution of time or even more time at each location. Aside from that, the transportation was very quick and comfortable. The guide spoke good German and shared a lot of interesting information about the surrounding area during the drive. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable and reasonably priced – I would definitely recommend it!★

I had some difficulties setting it up at first — I had to adjust a few settings and restart my phone several times before it finally activated. But once it was installed, it worked flawlessly throughout my entire stay without any issues.★

The scenery was absolutely amazing, the guides were friendly and informative and personable, and the lunch was excellent! We were blessed with a beautiful day and the views were stunning 😍
