The transfer was comfortable, and the scheduled itinerary was fully implemented. The bikes were a little worn, but that's to be expected with so many people. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The itinerary was quite packed, but I found it very fun. The tour guide was very cheerful; I think his name was Jin, and he spoke fluent English.

The bus is comfortable, clean, and tidy, with different lighting modes in each cabin. There's Wi-Fi, a vibration massager, a bottle of water, a napkin, and headphones, though I still haven't figured out how to use the TV. There's plenty of space for someone 180 cm tall; we even managed to sleep comfortably with two people. The air conditioning on the second floor feels significantly colder than on the first, but maybe that's just a coincidence. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend it!


