6 I had an incredible experience with this tour company and Eri was an amazing guide! He shared fascinating stories and historical facts about Albania, especially during our visits to the beautiful city of Berat, the impressive Berat Castle and the peaceful Belshi Lake. His storytelling made every stop come alive. Eri was both professional and friendly, creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere throughout the day. When I had an issue because I didn't have any cash (no euros or lek) he kindly helped me resolve it, going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I had high hopes for this tour and Eri exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended! Thank you Eri and Saimir★

Our tour guide, Julia, was fabulous. She showed us all around Berat and provided cultural and historical background for all of the wonderful things we saw, including the castle and Mangelem. The views at Bovilla Lake were absolutely breathtaking, and the hike up Gamti Mountain was both enjoyable and rewarding. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip.
