This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.★

A great basic cruise at a very pleasant price 🌊
We paid 100,000 VND per person on Trip.com, while the on-site price was 150,000 VND — a nice saving 👍
𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: the booking should clearly mention the ship name. We had trouble finding the correct counter because staff kept asking for the ship name, and it wasn’t included in our reservation.

We booked this private tour and it was fun. Tour guide was professional and showed up on time and was communicative beforehand. We went to marble mountain first and he allowed time for us to take photos and even helped us to take group photos. Then we went to hoi an coconut village first. That was super fun. It wasnt as crowded as we thought and the boat riders were funny. I find hoi an ancient town to be rushed. It was packed in the main tourist area where they had lantern but you cant see anything in the dark. I dont recommend doing the lantern thing. Photo was hard to take from your mobile as it was dark. Overall it was a good experience with my friends.★

If you have enough time, this is an excellent option. Our guide, Ahn, picked me up from my hotel in Hoi An, and we traveled together to Hue. He introduced me to the sights and shared stories from the trip. He was very patient and polite, and left a very deep impression on me.★

The viewpoints were great. The guide was super friendly and has a lot of driving experience. Our belongings were also stored well and safely. You stop three times for drinks and food; these stops weren't particularly special.★

This was an amazing experience. It's a full day packed with many of Da Nang's attractions. Riding through the Hai Van Pass was both impressive and beautiful. Luc, my guide was kind, fun and very knowledgeable of all the sights we visited. He looked after me extremely well. I would highly recommend this tour, and if you get Luc it will be a bonus!
