The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

Great service and comfy cabin!
Really impressed with HK Buslines.
The bus was clean, the cabin was comfy, and the bed was surprisingly cosy for an overnight trip.
But the ride felt very shaky at times, especially on winding roads, and engine noise made it hard to sleep deeply. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
A straight bus from Sapa to Ha Long saved us hours of transfer hassle.
Staff were helpful and communication via WhatsApp was clear.
No toilet on board, but we made few rest stops so it was fine. Would definitely recommend!★

I rarely use eSIMs, so I was initially a little worried that the installation might be complicated, but the experience completely exceeded my expectations. The installation tutorial provided by customer service was very clear, with pictures explaining each step, making it easy for even those who aren't tech-savvy to complete the setup. Upon arrival at my destination, the network connected automatically, eliminating the need for manual APN configuration, which saved a lot of time. The price was also much cheaper than buying a SIM card at the airport, making it highly recommended for frequent international travelers.★
