Very nice canoe tour around the Tortuguero Park. We could access many small arteries that would be impossible to reach with a motorboat. Moreover, we were able to hear nature’s sounds all the time. We could also get so close to animals (like caymans) as never before. Our guide Warren has been great and spotted a lot of wildlife.★

Our guide Al was amazing! He was so excited to point out all the flora and fauna along the way to Limon province. He even brought some delicious local fruit for our group to try. We really enjoyed the river cruise as well as the hike in the jungle. The village of Tortuguero was very interesting too. Highly recommend!★

Don't expect to see 15 caimans or 20 iguanas, but if you take the time with your guide, you'll be amazed to see these animals in their natural habitat.★

We were in October for one day with Tortuguero Eco Experience.
Our guide, Israel, was so great 😀 everything is well organized. What a wonderful experience to see the turtle lay and camouflage its eggs. All that with the respect of nature and biodiversity education. Bravo ★

We had a great time and saw a lot of wildlife (mostly Caiman and birds). Bernardo, our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and very friendly!
