He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about Madeira. He explained the history, nature, and local life in a clear and engaging way, always making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. The pacing was excellent, the stops were well chosen, and he handled weather and timing perfectly. You can tell he truly cares about what he does.
