The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.

Upon arrival at my destination, the network connected automatically, eliminating the need for manual APN configuration, which saved a lot of time. The price was also much cheaper than buying a SIM card at the airport, making it highly recommended for frequent international travelers.

He couldn't find the SIM card slot on my cell phone. I mentioned that my husband uses the same model and had used a SIM card while traveling, but he said my device couldn't accommodate a SIM card. In the end, I ended up inserting the SIM card I had paid for into my friend's device. I returned to the hotel, found the slot, bought a new SIM card, and inserted it to use.


