The adventure begins with a scenic morning drive in a comfortable air-conditioned minibus from either Zadar or Šibenik, winding along the dramatic coastline and through the rolling hinterland. Our first stop offers a powerful glimpse into the region's turbulent recent past—with a visit to a historic site from the Croatian Homeland War. Here, you'll hear stories of resilience, see original artefacts, and even climb inside a Soviet-era tank for a hands-on taste of history.

Next, we head to the charming medieval town of Skradin. Enjoy a short walking tour through cobbled streets, where ancient stone houses meet the Krka River. You'll have time to relax or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters before boarding a boat into the heart of Krka National Park. Glide past lush greenery as we approach the stunning Skradinski Buk waterfall—a breathtaking series of cascading falls and emerald pools teeming with life. Stroll wooden boardwalks, breathe in the scent of pine and wild herbs, and experience the unforgettable sights and sounds of this natural wonder.

In the afternoon, the focus turns to flavour. A short drive brings you to our family-owned olive grove and award-winning olive oil mill. Begin with a peaceful guided walk among centuries-old olive trees as we explain how the landscape and climate shape our oil's rich flavour and high polyphenol content.

Next, tour the mill to see how our olives are transformed from fruit to liquid gold using modern methods rooted in tradition. Then settle in for a guided tasting of five award-winning extra virgin olive oils—from early-harvest, high-polyphenol types to rich, smooth blends. Learn how to taste like a professional, discovering the secrets of bitterness, pungency, and aroma.

Following the olive oil tasting, indulge in a selection of local Dalmatian dishes, each one thoughtfully prepared and generously drizzled with our finest oils. Enjoy freshly baked bread, marinated vegetables, local cheeses, and more. Three exceptional local wines—both red and white—will be poured to complement the meal, each introduced with insight into the vineyard and vintage.
