The itinerary was well-planned. A driver picked us up from the hotel to the pier in the morning and helped us exchange all our boat tickets and boarding passes. A dedicated driver from the island picked us up on the boat to Nusa Penida; he was a very friendly young man (special praise!). We chose the east coast route, first visiting the Teletubbies exhibit, then the Treehouse area. There are several photo spots at this location, all requiring an entrance fee; we only chose the treehouse photo spot, which cost 750,000 Indonesian Rupiah. Photo opportunities are timed, two minutes per person, starting from when you begin climbing the stairs, so be sure to prepare in advance.

I just returned from the tour yesterday, thanks to the guys for such an unforgettable experience!!! The organization was fantastic. We had a fantastic time, even though we didn't speak the language. They picked us up from the hotel, took us on the boat, and met us there. Thanks to our driver-guide, Bagus, and our driver, Komang, they were wonderful and polite. They took amazing photos and videos for us. The tour included all entrance fees, toll roads, and lunch. I highly recommend these guys 🫶

Good day everyone! We really enjoyed this tour; we were four couples. The transfer from and to our accommodation was convenient, so you don't have to worry about getting lost or being late. The cars were comfortable and, most importantly, had working air conditioning. Our driver, Oka, was very friendly and approachable in Nusa Penida, patiently waiting and always helping us take great photos. The only downside was the included lunch: dirty cutlery, dishes, and a very limited selection of local dishes. Everything else was top-notch!

I recommend this company; everything was very well organized. The driver was waiting for us at the hotel in the morning, took us to the Sanur port, handed us our tickets, and we boarded the departing boat. Upon arrival in Nusa Penida, another driver was already waiting for us with a sign. He planned the route expertly: Broken Beach and Angel Billabong, then Kilikin Beach, and then Crystal Bay Beach, with its black sand and beautiful swimming water. Along the way, the driver stopped at a beautiful viewpoint and took photos of us. At the port, he also quickly bought tickets and got us on the boat. In Sanur, the morning driver was already waiting for us and took us to the hotel. We were already there by 4:30 PM (considering we didn't snorkel or swim). The manager was in touch the whole time, even using a translator and communicating with us in Russian. Thank you!!! I want to especially note the terrible roads on the island, or rather, the complete absence of them in some places. Be prepared to shake the whole way, but this has nothing to do with the organization of the tour.

The two drivers were very dedicated; one handled hotel and pier pick-up and drop-off, and the other took us around Nusa Penida. The price included entrance fees and parking, which was a great deal! The drivers helped us redeem our tickets and took us to the waiting area to board the boat. On Nusa Penida, our driver, Putu, even took us to less crowded areas, took photos for us, and provided explanations – fantastic! He also took us to some great restaurants, and we didn't have any bad experiences! 👍🏻
