The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

He couldn't find the SIM card slot on my cell phone. I mentioned that my husband uses the same model and had used a SIM card while traveling, but he said my device couldn't accommodate a SIM card. In the end, I ended up inserting the SIM card I had paid for into my friend's device. I returned to the hotel, found the slot, bought a new SIM card, and inserted it to use.★

One of the most beautiful cruises in Halong Bay. We were lucky to get the booking on the first day of Tet when everything else closed down. The attraction areas were packed even during the holiday. Very friendly and professional staff. Food was average, and over-crowded buffet area. Could only get whatever was left.★

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!
