The tour guide explained everything in detail when we had questions, helped us negotiate prices, and shared a lot about Vietnamese culture and customs. From Xiao Zhang, who was our contact, to our beautiful tour guide, Ms. Nguyen, and the driver who provided excellent service, we were very thoughtful. When we were sweating from the heat outside, there was always cool water and wet wipes available when we got back to the car.★

Meeting point was good. Driver was there waiting for us. The boat ride was excellent and the driver helped take photos. Activity says 1 hour but ride was over with 40 mins.
