The tour guide plans the itinerary according to the weather. When it looked like it would rain, he told us to go to other attractions first, and the waterfall would be last, so we only got a little rain (the original itinerary would have left us soaked until the end). Along the way, the guide told us stories about Iceland, introduced the attractions, and reminded us of important things to note – he was incredibly kind! It was a wonderful experience! (I chose the English version!)★

The experience was quite good, but the actual blue ice cave we saw was a bit small. However, the scenery along the way was quite beautiful. Although they didn't offer hot chocolate, the tour guide was very professional, and the staff at the counter were very patient in helping us. Overall, it was a great experience!★

Excellent hike! Our guides Lucas and Lucy were very friendly and got us prepared for the glacier with gear and safety info and led us safely over the icy terrain. My girlfriend and I weren’t sure what to expect with this experience and we both loved it. Would definitely recommend Arctic Adventures and would book with them again.★

I had many booking channels, but ultimately chose Ctrip because their Black Diamond membership makes communication easier with any issues. The visit itself was fine; three hours was about right—just enough time to experience and see what the glacier was like. It was pretty good, and the photos turned out quite well.
