Don't wait for your paella while sitting in a traditional restaurant. Delve deeper and learn the secrets of Valencian culture and cuisine! We'll meet at the Russafa Market Square, where we'll begin our tour, stopping at various stalls: fruit and vegetables from Valencian farms, ham and cheese, spices, and products from local artisans. This is where you will buy the ingredients that will end up in your paella. From the market, we'll head to La Llarga, a former neighborhood butcher shop that has been converted into a bar where you can learn the tricks and secrets of paella. And of course, while the paella is cooking, you can't go without sangría and an appetizer tapa.
