If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

All riders must fully operate the ATV, including handlebars and foot brakes. Driving requires full-body exertion. A safety briefing and practice lap are mandatory; failure may result in removal without refund.
Drivers must be 16+; 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Must be 18+ to rent with valid ID and card. Passengers must be 4+.
Bring a valid ID (driver's license, passport, or military ID). Signed waiver required. No skirts, dresses, open-toe shoes, or Crocs; long pants recommended. Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are prohibited.
Tours operate rain or shine – dress appropriately. Online safety course available. Not recommended for pregnant or medically restricted guests. All participants must speak and understand English.
