I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.

A very good tour. Our guide, Sara, was passionate and explained everything in detail. We were also fortunate to have a very private tour as it was just my brother and me. This allowed us to adapt the itinerary slightly to suit our needs. However, I must admit there was a slight hiccup getting into the crypt, and we had to wait for another guide with a different group to join them. This new guide spoke English and had a basic level. The total duration of the tour was therefore 3 hours.

The visits to all three sites were excellent and very informative. It's a shame that audio guides aren't allowed in the Capuchin crypt.
