Olbia: Dolphin watching and snorkeling tour on Figarolo Island

Set sail from our docks, just a short walk from the center of Olbia and equipped with free parking, with our new 9.15-meter BWA 308 GTO inflatable boat, approved for up to 20 people on board but which we'll make more comfortable by creating small groups of up to 12 people. We'll cross the calm waters of the port of Olbia and head towards the island of Figarolo (about a 25-minute boat ride), looking for the colony of bottlenose dolphins that live there. We'll come across two different possible situations. The first is that the dolphins are inside the fish farming area in front of the island. They'll be busy foraging for food, and you'll probably spot them from a greater distance, since the farm is marked off by buoys. The second situation will occur when the dolphins are outside the tanks and therefore in the open sea. We'll then have the opportunity to get closer, always maintaining due respect and protection for the animal. In this case, you'll be able to see these beautiful animals up close and watch their movements within their natural habitat. Remember, we're in nature, not an aquarium, so the dolphins' presence is certainly at their discretion, even if the chances of a sighting are very high. We'll also make a few stops for swimming and snorkeling in the most beautiful coves of Figarolo Island, letting you dive into their crystal-clear waters, and then offering you a cool drink on board.
