If a cancellation request is submitted before 08:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 08:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Access to St. Peter's Basilica is not possible on Wednesday morning during the weekly papal audience.

All visitors must pass through airport-style security. During high season the wait at security may be up to 30 minutes.

Due to the route covered and/or transportation used, it is not possible to participate in this tour using a wheelchair, scooter, or other aid. Please contact us to inquire about customized tour options for guests with mobility challenges.

Due to the special events associated with Jubilee 2025, access to St. Peter's Basilica might be restricted. Such closures are decided by the Vatican and are beyond our control.

Direct access to the Basilica will be possible exclusively to those who book at least 72 hours in advance. Visitors without prior bookings will need to enter through the main square.
