If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

The first tour departs at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 at the Suntec City Tourist Hub, with buses arriving every 25–40 minutes until 5:20 PM, depending on the time of year.

Bus stops may occasionally be unavailable due to road closures or other issues.

Children aged 3 year and under may travel free of charge and do not require a ticket.

A live-guided Night Tour is included with the Explore (48-hour & Night Tour) ticket, departing at 6:15 PM from the Suntec BIG BUS & DUCK counter and lasting approximately 3–3.5 hours.

The lower deck of the bus is wheelchair accessible.
