The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.

Everything was perfect. The experience was interesting. The climb, with three stops, isn't too strenuous. I wouldn't recommend the descent if you're afraid of heights; it's all spiral staircases (190 steps).
