Pao was an amazing guide. Much more than just a Tuk Tuk driver he also went into detail about every place we visited. We learned a lot about country living. Pao, like most people in Cambodia, has an additional job, he is a farmer. He brought us to a number of farms and explained the way of farming in great detail. He was also a Buddhist monk for two years and we learned a lot about that life as well. The tour was not only to the attractions but also about Cambodian life.★

A very interesting morning: visiting families who produce various rice products, with excellent explanations from the guide. The afternoon's highlights were the bamboo train ride and watching the bats fly out of a cave at nightfall. The guide provided a wealth of information and explanations. He was very dedicated and eager to make the day a wonderful experience.★

One of the best things we’ve done on our travels in SE Asia! So knowledgeable of the area, funny and warm and made the tour so personal and special! We saw all the local landmarks, a local school for teaching English, the bamboo train, killing caves and bat caves and tried local fruit and even barbecue rat! We loved the tour so much we even booked again the next day for trying rice wine, more local food and ek phnom temple! Would 100% recommend to anyone 🤍★

I had a wonderful day exploring Battambang with Sambol. From the start, he was genuine, knowledgeable, and full of passion and energy. The tour was perfectly planned — we visited local workshops and beautiful countryside. The bamboo train ride was great fun, and the Killing Caves were deeply moving. Sambol shared fascinating insights into Cambodia’s past and present, making every stop meaningful. His authenticity and enthusiasm made the day truly special — it felt like exploring Battambang with a local who loves and understands his country deeply. Great local experience and Samoul the guide was amazing. Lots of interesting stops and some sights you wouldn’t get on a regular tour. Amazing and 100% recommend!!
