Booking Policy

This booking must include at least 2 passengers, with a minimum of 2 adults per package.

Available booking time: 1 day–3 months in advance

Child policy: Children are welcome. Adult prices apply for ages 13 and above. Children aged 6–12 require a corresponding child package. Free admission for ages 0–5. Please inform us of the number of children in advance.

Cancellation and modification policy: Free cancellation up to 2 days before your reservation. Cancellations made 1 day prior or on the day will incur a 100% charge of the meal cost.

After your booking is completed, we will try to confirm it within 12 working hours (10:00 AM–7:00 PM).

After your booking is successfully confirmed, we will send the confirmation details to the email address you provided. Your dining time will be as specified in the email body. Please check your inbox for this email.

If the booking is unsuccessful, we will process your refund.

Note: If you haven't received the confirmation email, please contact us promptly. (Please check your inbox and spam folder first)

Friendly reminder: This product requires a second confirmation. Your payment does not guarantee a successful booking. After receiving your booking information, we will contact you.

Please make sure to complete the following information when booking:

Booker's name in pinyin (e.g. zhang san)

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 17:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 17:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

- Package for a minimum of 2 guests; all guests in the same group must order the same package.

On the day of your meal, present your email confirmation at the restaurant for entry.

- To ensure a smooth dining experience, please make sure your contact information in Japan is working properly. If you encounter any special circumstances and cannot arrive at the scheduled time, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance through IM customer support or by calling the 400 hotline.

Friendly Reminder

1. Japan is a country that values contractual agreements. If you cancel last minute or arrive late due to personal reasons and the restaurant cancels your booking, the full meal cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. This amount is non-refundable and our company bears no responsibility. We appreciate your understanding. Please carefully plan your itinerary before making restaurant reservations.

2. For any itinerary changes, please notify us in advance (at least 3 days before dining; Michelin-starred restaurants require at least 7 days' notice. Whether compensation will be charged depends on the restaurant's policies and announcements).

3. If the number of travelers does not match the reservation count, the restaurant may cancel your booking. Please be aware.
