• Mondays - Thursdays & Sundays: the bus runs every 35 - 40 minutes until 2:05pm, then every 60 minutes after that

• Fridays and Saturdays: The bus runs every 35 - 40 minutes until 2:05pm, then every 30 minutes after that

• Tour duration: 50 minutes

• Alcazar: Tuesday - Sunday: 10am - 5pm. Monday: Closed

• Guided night-time walking tour (included in the Magic Experience ticket only): Starts every day at 6:30pm. Meeting Point: Plaza Zocodover at least 15 minutes before the tour starts

• Audio guide commentary differs on each bus. English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian are available on all buses. Other languages may vary. Customers should look at the audio stickers on each bus before riding, or ask staff

• 24th and 31st December: Last bus departure will be at 2pm. The guided night-time walking tour is cancelled. The 3 Culturas walking tour will take place at 4pm
