The course will be held in Sha Ha, Sai Kung, known as Hong Kong's Back Garden. Part of the water is close to the Hong Kong UNESCO Global Geopark, allowing you to paddle through the world-class azure waters and magnificent landscapes while learning.

Course Details:
- In this 2-hour SUP beginner course, Blue Sky's professional instructors will teach you the basics of SUP paddling: prone, kneeling, and upright paddling techniques, posture and balance techniques on the board, the correct way to hold the paddle, how to control the board's direction (forward and backward paddling, turning, and stopping), as well as safety tips for SUP.
- Upon completion of the course, you will be awardedHong Kong Surfing and Stand Up Paddleboarding Association"The electronic certificate issued by the government allows you to rent a stand-up paddleboard and go out to sea at any time.

What do I need to bring?
- You must bring:Closed-toe and heeled water sports shoes, swimsuit or swimming trunks, short tee/sun-proof vest, hat, sunscreen, waterproof bag, change of clothes and at least 750ml of drinking water.
- Participants are also advised to bring sunglasses (with floatation belts) and apply sunscreen and mosquito repellent before the activity, and prepare a change of clothes for use after the activity.
- Participants are requested to change their clothes and place their personal belongings before arriving so that the event can start on time.
