It was amazing. Itβs very hard travelling alone and getting somewhere new is often daunting. It was so nice to walk in the front door and immediately be told what to do, where to sign up etc. Did not feel overwhelming. The guides were excellent and really went out of their way to answer questions. Loved the bus driver. All in all a wonderful experience and something to always remember. Highly recommend this company and their tripsβ

Very beautiful place. The guide accompanied us, telling us the history of the hotel and answering our questions. It's nice that there's a play area with a snow slide and mini-sleds for the frozen lake if you want to make the most of your free time after the tour. Prices for drinks and food on site are a bit expensive, but that's to be expected.
