The printing process at the kiosk wasn't smooth. Even when I scanned the PIN code instead of the QR code, the kiosk failed to print the ticket. I ended up having to collect the ticket from a guide on the island of Venice.

The tour guide was exceptionally competent. We were amazed that Elsa shared so much interesting information with us throughout the day in three languages. The lunch we booked separately was excellent, and the evening cruise into the lagoon and Venice was particularly impressive.
