6. What should I bring? Even on warm days, a jacket is recommended because the sea breeze can be cool. If needed, bring sunglasses, a hat, a camera, and motion sickness medication. 7. We do not operate in severe weather conditions.
8. We guarantee you will see whales during your trip, otherwise you can take the boat again for free. If you don't see whales on any given day, rest assured you can join us again at no charge to view the whales from this trip. However, if you're unable to view the whales again, no refund will be issued.
Passengers using wheelchairs must notify us at least 24 hours before departure so our staff can prepare the vessel and assist with boarding procedures.
10. If the trip is canceled, we will provide a full refund or reschedule for customers (except those holding cash vouchers). If the trip is postponed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, including trips booked with cash vouchers, no refund will be given and the trip must be rescheduled.
11. Passengers should arrive and be ready to board at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Please note that we encourage passengers to contact us 24 hours before the scheduled departure time to confirm whether the trip will proceed.
12. We reserve the right to take photos and video footage that may include passengers during the trip, and to use these images for promoting and advertising our trips across all media without any payment to passengers.
