How to use
Redemption details
Please present your passport and the confirmation email issued by MTR at the Airport Express counter to exchange for a physical ticket.
Ticket exchange locations: Hong Kong/Kowloon/Tsing Yi/Airport (station arrival platform)
Ticket redemption counter operating hours: Monday to Sunday 6:00 AM–11:00 PM
Airport Station – MTR Tourist Day Pass can only be redeemed at the platform ticket counter on the arrival level of the station.
Station opening hours:
Hong Kong opening hours: 5:50 AM–1:24 AM
Kowloon Station opening hours: 05:43 AM–01:21 AM
Tsing Yi Station opening hours: 5:49 AM–1:14 AM
Airport station opening hours: 5:44 AM–1:22 AM
Passengers must exchange all tickets listed in the booking at the same time in a single transaction; partial ticket exchanges are not permitted.
