For safety reasons and due to the theater's special moving equipment and changing audience matrix, late entry is not permitted after the performance begins.

Show/concert tickets are valid only for the specific date and performance. Due to the unique nature of this production where stage and seating arrangements may change during the performance, please remain in your designated area. Audience members who leave mid-performance must coordinate with staff for re-entry and will be escorted back to their seats.

Performances may be canceled or partially canceled when equipment cannot operate safely or due to unavoidable natural disasters (such as thunderstorms, rain, snow, hail, fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.).

Due to the unique nature of the theater's stage equipment, brief technical pauses may occur during the performance, which is normal. We appreciate your understanding.

The theater implements a real-name system. The booking requires submitting the attendee's ID/passport number. Please bring a valid ID for ticket verification.

Seats are automatically assigned by the system and cannot be selected. Please take your assigned seat according to the seat number on your admission ticket. Staff members will provide guidance and verification on-site. Once seated, you may not change seats. Once booked, changes or cancellations are not permitted, except for force majeure circumstances which qualify for free cancellation.
