Wonderful local host, excellent instructions & amazing experience. We had a great time. We requested for no beef in our cooking class & the guide host catered for our needs & was very sensible in engaging us in the cooking class. The tagliatelle we made was simply amazing & the pasta sause was very good too.★

Irene’s class was super fun! She was patient, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Great opportunity to experience a local’s home. We appreciated Irene and her family letting us use their space. Our class had a total of ten students. Naturally with European apartments, the space can be a bit tight so you might have to shuffle with your neighbors a bit. ★

I had such a great time on this day trip! The journey from Rome to Florence was smooth and comfortable, and I really enjoyed having the chance to explore the city without worrying about logistics. The highlight was definitely the Uffizi Gallery – skipping the line saved so much time, and being able to admire masterpieces like Botticelli’s Birth of Venus in person was unforgettable. Florence itself is such a charming city to walk around, with beautiful architecture, delicious food, and a very lively atmosphere. The day felt a bit short because there’s so much to see, but it gave me a perfect taste of the city and left me wanting to come back for a longer stay. Overall, I highly recommend this activity if you want a stress-free way to experience Florence in just one day!
