It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. Our Jiufen and Shifen Old Street & Shifen Waterfall day tour was absolutely wonderful and one of the highlights of our Taiwan trip. Visiting Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Old Street, and Shifen Waterfall all in one day was very well planned and not rushed.
The scenery was beautiful—from the charming streets and local food in Jiufen, to the unique lantern experience in Shifen, and the impressive views at the waterfall. Everything flowed smoothly, making it a very enjoyable day.
Our guide Lyndon was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. He explained the history and stories behind each place, made sure everyone was comfortable, and kept the tour relaxed and fun. His guidance truly made the experience more meaningful and stress-free. He took photos too.
Highly recommended if you want to see these iconic spots in one day with a great guide and a well-organized itinerary.★

The trip was absolutely wonderful, not just because of the stunning beauty of Phi Phi Island, but also because of the amazing tour guiding staff. The guide, whose name I believe was Suraya or Somya, was such a wonderful lady, friendly, kind, and full of positive energy. The whole boat team was incredibly helpful and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the journey.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish , from the warm welcome to the smooth sailing and the delicious onboard refreshments. My favorite part was definitely the snorkeling , the crystal-clear water and colorful marine life were truly unforgettable.
Thank you to the entire team for making this trip so special! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Phuket , you’ll not only see paradise, but also meet some of the kindest people. 💙🌺🐠
