How to use

Redemption details

Please present your e-voucher at the*******counter at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to exchange for a physical pass.

Address: 2nd Floor - Arrival Hall, Gate 1, next to Kasikorn Bank (KBank) counter, Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport

Service hours: 24 hours daily

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 10% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Eligibility

Children 89 cm or shorter can participate for free.

Children 90 cm or taller are charged the same as adults.

Important Notes

The top-up amount is valid for 2 years after the last transaction. If you top up within the 7-year validity period, the balance on the card will be automatically extended.

Use your passport/ID card and phone number at any BTS ticket office to top up THB 100–4,000.

Get a refund for your remaining balance at the Rabbit Card Service Center at Phaya Thai Station (Exits 1-2). Operating hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
