Highlights
The event organizer provides winter boots and clothing, but we recommend wearing a wool base layer with a wool sweater or fleece jacket. Please bring your own warm hat, scarf, and gloves.
If you have back pain, heart problems, or are in your third trimester of pregnancy, we do not recommend booking this activity.

If the customer is late due to personal reasons, the guide will not wait. Please proceed to the activity location on your own. If you choose to forfeit the itinerary, no refunds or changes will be provided.
If the activity cannot be carried out due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, venue conditions, or animal temperament, we reserve the right to cancel the trip without liability.
