The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends 😁 They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. You’ll pay ¥150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge there’s an extra ¥70 yuan for elevator used but it’s optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but it’s was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state I’ll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing I’m ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance 💃 Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended 💯

This trip to Shangri-La is really worth it! Special thanks to Master Lu for taking me to Songzanlin Temple early in the morning, perfect to avoid the crowds, and took a lot of beautiful scenery! Then I went to Pudacuo National Park. The scenery of Duhu Lake was so beautiful that people could breathe. I have been to Napa Sea. Master Lu sent me to the niche Shika Snow Mountain and received a surprise! Because of Master Lu's professionalism, the whole journey is both worry-free and fulfilling. Highly recommended to all friends who want to come to Shangri-La for in-depth tours, choose Master Lu will definitely make your trip different!

The first time I took the elderly to Lijiang and Shangri-La, the local air was very good. Although the temperature was cold and dry, the sun was warm during the day. The staff of the tour guide company contacted me with WeChat and introduced the tour guide Andy. He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.

Highly recommended.💯 The service was smooth and easy. We were picked up from out front hotel at Shangri-La. We took a private tour of 3 people. Went to Balagezong up until the peak. Then stay overnight opposite Meili Snow Mountain. We are lucky we are able to catch the gold sunrise from Meili Snow Mountain. Mr. Stone our driver and guide - is very helpful, providing us information about culture, history and facts. Appreciate it so much. If you are going to Shangri-La please spend time to go to Balagezong and Meili Snow Mountain. Worth every penny. 😊

Today, we chartered a private car for a day to visit Shangri-La, Napa Lake, Songzanlin Temple, and the ancient city. I was impressed by the driver, Mr. Zhao, who provided helpful advice on purchasing tickets to Songzanlin Temple and taking us to a delicious meal. He was also very patient. I'm very grateful for his excellent driving service and highly recommend it to everyone. We booked this tour through Trip.com. Although the driver didn't understand our communication, it didn't hinder us. We used Google Translate to communicate and enjoyed Shangri-La very much. We would love to visit the places we visited.
